ABOUT US

Malaysian Students Department Australia (MSDA) commences its operation in Australia on the 6th April 1962 in a rented office at Railway Square, Sydney City. MSDA is a Malaysian Government Agency set up and governed by Jabatan Pengurusan IPT, Kementerian Pendidikan Malaysia at that time.

Now, MSDA is rebranded as Education Malaysia Australia (EMA) and governed by the Department Of Higher Education, Ministry Of Higher Education Malaysia. In Australia, Education Malaysia Australia is officially recognised by the Australian Government as the Consulate of Malaysia (Education Section).

The main building of EMA is situated at 67 Victoria Rd, Bellevue Hill, NSW 2023, Australia. It was a residential building, bought by the Malaysian Government and converted into an office building.
